My approach is motivational and collaborative, and I typically provide medication in combination with therapy, dietary changes, exercise and coaching. Your personalized care plan will meet your unique health and wellness goals. I focus on improving sleep, stress reduction and enhancing executive function. If you already have a therapist, I’ll gladly coordinate care with them to ensure collaborative care.

My vast experiences as a researcher, nurse, clinical nurse specialist, and nurse practitioner inform my understanding of human emotions and enhance my ability to diagnose and manage various psychological and psychiatric conditions.
I focus on creating a warm therapeutic environment where clients are free to share their inner experience and emotions.
