Psychopharmacology is an art that I’m incredibly skilled at. I will patiently work with you to answer all of your questions and underlying or subconscious fears. My approach is motivational and collaborative, and I typically provide medication in combination with therapy, dietary changes, exercise and/or coaching.
Therapy is a tool that can increase your quality of life. Individual therapy can guide you to have a deeper understanding of yourself and your own needs. It will eventually shift how you think or act, work to assist you to make important decisions, adapt to major changes, find patterns in your current or past relationships, grieve over the loss of a loved one, make connections between your past and present realities, and learn how to deal with various people and manage your own thoughts.
I will work with you to shift your negative thinking to neutral and mindful thoughts.
Coaching is a straight forward, problem-solving style that focuses on a particular dilemma you have in your life. With coaching, we can focus on crafting specific goals for you and exploring and eventually changing potential behaviors and thought patterns that may be holding you back in your health, relationships and/or career goals.
